Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Backly on your own behalf. If you are under that age, you may use the service only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for notifying Backly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Service scope
Backly provides tools to organize subscription sharing arrangements, track members, and manage related operational information across web and mobile clients. Backly does not guarantee that any third-party platform permits or endorses a particular sharing arrangement.
Backly is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Netflix, Spotify, Apple, Google, or any other third-party platform that users may reference, manage, or discuss through the service unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with other users, or use Backly in connection with unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Do not upload malicious code, scrape protected data, or disrupt platform availability.
- Do not use the service to violate third-party contractual terms, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.
- Do not impersonate others or submit false identity or billing information.
User content and responsibility
You retain responsibility for the information you add to Backly, including subscription records, notes, and member data. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to provide that information and to invite other users.
Availability and changes
Backly may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We aim for reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every defect will be corrected immediately.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Backly may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the platform.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. Backly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Backly's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim, or fifty euro if no fees were paid.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires the application of different non-waivable rules.
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
